What is GingerBoosts?
GingerBoosts is Kenya's leading Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel. We help creators, businesses, and influencers grow their online presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, and more — with fast, reliable, and affordable services paid conveniently via M-Pesa.
How do I get started?

Is GingerBoosts safe to use?
Yes. We never ask for your social media passwords. All our services work through public URLs and handles only. Your account security is never at risk. We use HTTPS encryption and secure JWT authentication to protect your data on our platform.
Do I need to share my social media password?
Never. GingerBoosts only requires your public profile URL or username to deliver services. We will never ask for your password, login credentials, or 2FA codes. If anyone claiming to be GingerBoosts asks for your password, do not share it.
Orders
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by service. Most orders start within 0–30 minutes and complete within 1–72 hours depending on quantity and service type. Each service listing shows an estimated delivery time. Drip-feed orders are delivered gradually over your chosen schedule.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Orders that have not yet started processing can be cancelled for a full refund to your wallet balance. Once an order is in progress or completed, cancellation is no longer available. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel an order.
What happens if my order doesn't complete?
If an order fails or is only partially delivered, we will automatically refund the undelivered portion to your wallet balance. You can then place a new order or request a manual review by opening a support ticket.
What is a Drip Feed order?
Drip feed lets you spread delivery over time for a more natural growth pattern. For example, instead of getting 1,000 followers instantly, you can receive 100 followers every 24 hours over 10 days. This is great for accounts that want organic-looking growth and reduced risk of flagging by platforms.
Can I order for multiple accounts at once?
Yes. You can place separate orders for different profiles or URLs from a single GingerBoosts account. Simply submit each order with the respective URL or username. There is no limit on how many accounts you can order for.
Payments & M-Pesa
How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to Add Funds in your dashboard, enter your Safaricom M-Pesa number (07xx or 01xx format), and the amount (minimum KES 50). An STK push will be sent to your phone — enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm. Funds appear in your wallet within seconds.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
The minimum deposit is KES 50. There is no maximum limit. Your wallet balance never expires and can be used for any service at any time.
I paid via M-Pesa but my wallet wasn't credited. What do I do?
First, wait 2–3 minutes as occasional delays happen on the M-Pesa network. Then check your transaction history in Add Funds → Transaction History. If the payment is still not reflected after 10 minutes, open a support ticket with your M-Pesa transaction code (e.g. QKL1234XYZ) and we'll resolve it manually.
Do you support Airtel Money or other payment methods?
Currently we only support Safaricom M-Pesa (07xx and 01xx numbers). We are working on adding Airtel Money and card payments. Follow our announcements for updates.
Can I get a refund to my M-Pesa?
Wallet balances are non-refundable to M-Pesa. Funds credited to your wallet can only be used for services on GingerBoosts. Partial or failed order amounts are automatically refunded back to your wallet balance, not to M-Pesa directly.

Are the followers/likes real people?
We offer a range of service quality tiers clearly described on each listing. High-quality services use real-looking profiles with activity history. Some budget services use standard panel accounts. We always recommend choosing the quality tier that suits your goals — the service description specifies what type of accounts are used.
Will my account get banned for using GingerBoosts?
There is always some level of risk when using third-party growth services on any platform. We mitigate this by offering natural-looking delivery speeds and high-quality profiles. However, GingerBoosts cannot guarantee against any action taken by social media platforms. We recommend starting with smaller quantities and using drip-feed delivery for safety.
What does "min/max quantity" mean on a service?
Each service has a minimum and maximum order quantity set by the provider. You must order at least the minimum to place an order, and cannot exceed the maximum in a single order (you can place multiple orders to go higher). These limits are shown on the order form.
My Account
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot password? under the password field. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 1 hour. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
Can I change my email address or username?
You can update your profile details from your dashboard under Settings → Profile. If you need to change your email address specifically, contact support with your request and we will verify and update it for you.
Does GingerBoosts have a referral or affiliate program?
Yes! Share your referral code with friends and earn a bonus when they sign up and make their first deposit. Your referral code is available in Dashboard → Referrals. There is no limit to how many people you can refer.
How do I contact support?
Log in to your dashboard and go to Support → New Ticket. Describe your issue with as much detail as possible (include order IDs or M-Pesa transaction codes where relevant). Our team responds within 1–6 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm EAT).
Safety & Quality
Do you offer a refill guarantee?
Select services come with a refill guarantee period (30–90 days) if the count drops below the delivered amount. The refill period for each service is clearly marked on the service listing. Open a support ticket if you notice a significant drop within the guarantee window.
Is my personal data safe with GingerBoosts?
We take data privacy seriously. We only collect the information necessary to provide our services (email, username, and payment references). We do not sell your data to third parties. All data is stored securely and transmitted over HTTPS. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use GingerBoosts as a reseller?
Yes, GingerBoosts is reseller-friendly. We offer competitive wholesale pricing and a full-featured API for resellers who want to integrate our services into their own platforms. Contact us via the support ticket system or email to enquire about reseller rates and API access.
