1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GingerBoosts ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") at gingerboosts.online, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Services

GingerBoosts is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that provides social media growth services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement across various social media platforms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service descriptions, delivery times, and prices may change without notice.

3. Your Account

To use GingerBoosts, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account with any third party or allow others to access it
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

One person may not maintain more than one account. Accounts suspected of being duplicates may be suspended without notice.

4. Payments & Wallet

GingerBoosts operates on a prepaid wallet system. All payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via M-Pesa.

• The minimum deposit is KES 50
• Funds deposited to your wallet are non-refundable to M-Pesa
• Wallet balance has no expiry date
• All prices are listed in KES and are inclusive of any applicable taxes
• We are not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile network operator
• Disputed transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use GingerBoosts to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any individual or group
• Promote or facilitate illegal activities
• Order services for accounts that promote hate speech, terrorism, child exploitation, or other harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform without our written consent
• Resell services in violation of our reseller policy
• Provide false information or impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance without refund.

6. User Content & URLs

When you submit a URL or username for a service order, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to promote the account or content in question
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The account complies with the respective social media platform's terms of service

GingerBoosts is not responsible for any consequences arising from the content of accounts you promote through our services.

7. Refunds & Order Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Failed orders: Fully refunded to wallet balance automatically
• Partial delivery: Undelivered portion refunded to wallet balance
• Completed orders: Not eligible for refund as the service has been delivered
• Cancelled orders (before processing): Fully refunded to wallet balance
• Wallet funds: Non-refundable to M-Pesa under any circumstances

Refills (where the service listing specifies a guarantee period) will be provided if the count drops significantly within the stated guarantee window. Open a support ticket to request a refill.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GingerBoosts services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Services will meet your specific expectations
• Delivery will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Social media platforms will not remove or reduce delivered engagement
• Use of our services will not result in any action taken by social media platforms against your account

You use GingerBoosts at your own risk. We strongly recommend starting with small orders and using drip-feed delivery for safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, GingerBoosts and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Social media account suspension or banning
• Loss of followers or engagement after delivery
• Business interruption

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your GingerBoosts wallet in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine to be in violation of these Terms, harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination for a violation of these Terms, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited. Upon termination for other reasons, we will attempt to return unused wallet funds within a reasonable time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of GingerBoosts after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.
